1. Who we are, and what we do

We are a metabolic-reversal practice focused on Indian men aged 40-55 with Type 2 diabetes, prediabetes, or metabolic syndrome. We work alongside your treating physician. We are not a hospital, we do not prescribe medication, and we do not provide a substitute for medical care.

2. Who can use our services

You must be 18 years or older to use our website, take the Metabolic Intelligence Assessment, request a Bloodwork Interpretation, use the Baseline tool, watch the Briefing, book a Reversal Roadmap briefing call, or enrol in the 30-Day Insulin Reset.

You must give us accurate information when you enrol. If you have a medical condition that requires close clinical supervision (recent cardiac event, severe kidney disease, active cancer treatment, pregnancy, eating disorder, type 1 diabetes), please tell us before you enrol so we can decide together if a non-clinical practice like ours is right for you.

3. Medical disclaimer - read this

Everything we publish, write, or share - on this website, inside our tools, in the Briefing, on the call, inside the 30-Day Insulin Reset - is for educational purposes. It is not medical advice. It is not a diagnosis. It is not a prescription. It is not a substitute for the professional medical care you receive from your treating physician.

Do not start, stop, or change any medication on your own. Any medication change should be made only by your treating physician, on the basis of your bloodwork and clinical judgement.

If you experience chest pain, severe hypoglycemia, fainting, blurred vision, or any acute symptom, contact your physician or emergency services immediately.

4. The tools and programs

• Metabolic Intelligence Assessment - a 21-question instrument that scores accumulated metabolic load. Indicative, not diagnostic.
• Bloodwork Interpretation - a plain-language read of a standard lab panel. Indicative, not diagnostic.
• Baseline (HbA1c & Reversal Window) - establishes starting numbers and a projected window of movement, based on the literature. Projections, not promises.
• The Briefing - a private video walkthrough of the mechanism and the protocol.
• The 30-Day Insulin Reset - a structured 30-day program. Self-paced, with weekly check-ins, designed for the Indian male metabolism.
• Reversal Roadmap briefing call - a free, private, 30-minute call with Vishak.

5. Payments, billing, and refunds

The Metabolic Intelligence Assessment, Bloodwork Interpretation, Baseline tool, and Reversal Roadmap briefing call are free. Paid programs are priced clearly on their own pages.

All payments are processed through our payment partner (e.g. Razorpay) in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Refunds. If, within the first 7 days of a paid program, you decide it is not right for you, write to contact@vishakmoopar.com and we will issue a full refund. After 7 days, refunds are at our discretion and are typically pro-rated for sessions or material already delivered.

6. Your responsibilities

• You will provide accurate information about your health.
• You will not modify any medication without your physician's instruction.
• You will engage with the protocol honestly. The practice runs on bloodwork; the bloodwork tells the truth.
• You will not share your private cohort access, calls, or program materials with anyone outside your household.
• You will treat Vishak and the team with respect. We will treat you the same way.

7. Intellectual property

All written material, video, audio, protocol documents, slides, and the Moopar Method itself are the intellectual property of Black Major Solutions LLP. They are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use during your engagement with us. You may not redistribute, re-sell, screenshot for resale, repackage, or use them to build a competing service.

8. Testimonials and case studies

Every number shown on this site under "Success stories" is taken verbatim from the client's own lab reports - before and after, unedited. Names and faces are shared with written consent. Results vary by starting point, adherence, and physician collaboration. Your own outcome may be different.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Black Major Solutions LLP, Vishak Moopar, and the team are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the website, the tools, or the programs. Our maximum aggregate liability for any direct loss is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific program that gave rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Termination

You may stop using our services at any time. We may pause or end your engagement if you breach these terms, abuse our team, share program material publicly, or behave in a way that is unsafe for yourself or other cohort members. We will tell you why, in writing.

11. Privacy

We collect, use, and protect your information as described in our Privacy policy. By using our services, you agree to that policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith conversation will be referred to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Material changes will be communicated by email to active clients.
