Privacy policy

1. Who we are

This website and the services connected to it are operated by Black Major Solutions LLP ("we", "us", "our"), trading as Vishak Moopar · Metabolic Reversal. We are a metabolic-reversal practice that works with Indian men aged 40-55. We are not a hospital, a clinic of record, or a medical device. We work alongside your physician, never around them.

2. The information we collect

We only collect what we need to give you a useful read of your metabolism and to run the practice. That includes:

• What you give us directly - your name, age, gender, email address, phone number, and whatever you choose to share inside the Metabolic Intelligence Assessment, the Bloodwork Interpretation tool, the Baseline tool, the Briefing form, or the 30-Day Insulin Reset enrolment.
• Health information you share with us - blood-test results (HbA1c, fasting insulin, lipid panel, liver markers, others), current medications, height and weight, family medical history, lifestyle answers. We treat this as the most sensitive information you give us.
• Payment information - handled by our payment processor (e.g. Razorpay). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Information collected automatically - device, browser, IP address, pages visited, time on page, source of visit, and cookies (see Section 5).
• Communications - emails, WhatsApp messages, call notes, and forms you submit to us.

3. How we use it

• To run the assessment, the bloodwork interpretation, the baseline, the briefing, and the 30-day insulin reset.
• To send you your results, reports, and the protocol material relevant to where you are in the journey.
• To respond to your questions and to book a private briefing call with Vishak.
• To improve the website, the tools, and the protocol - based on aggregated, de-identified usage.
• To comply with applicable law, accounting, tax, and audit requirements.

We do not use your health information to retarget you with advertising. We do not sell your information to any third party.

4. Who we share it with

We share information only with the people and services needed to run the practice:

• Service providers we rely on - hosting (e.g. Cloudflare), email (e.g. Google Workspace), scheduling (e.g. Calendly), payments (e.g. Razorpay), video hosting (e.g. Wistia), analytics (e.g. Meta Pixel, Google Analytics). Each operates under their own privacy terms.
• Vishak Moopar personally - to read your bloodwork and design the protocol.
• Your own physician - only when you ask us to send a doctor-communication letter or biomarker report on your behalf.
• Regulators or courts - only when we are legally required.

5. Cookies and tracking

We use a small number of cookies and pixels to understand which pages people find useful and to measure the effect of our marketing. Specifically: the Meta Pixel, which fires a PageView on every page, a Lead event when you start the assessment, an InitiateCheckout event when you click to book the briefing, and a DeepScroll event at 75% scroll depth. You can disable cookies in your browser; the site will still work.

6. How we store and protect it

Health and personal information is stored on encrypted servers operated by reputable cloud providers. Access is restricted to Vishak and a small set of named team members. Lab reports and bloodwork are kept only for as long as we are actively serving you, plus a reasonable retention window so we can answer follow-up questions. Anonymised, aggregated data may be kept longer to help us improve protocols.

7. Your rights

You can, at any time:

• Ask to see the information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete your information (subject to legal retention requirements).
• Withdraw consent to marketing communications - emails carry an unsubscribe link, and you can simply tell us on WhatsApp.
• Ask us to send your information to another provider.

8. Children's privacy

Our services are designed for adults aged 18 and above, with our specialist focus being Indian men 40-55. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

9. Changes to this policy

We update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Material changes will be communicated by email to active clients.
